The Minnesota Stroke Partnership is a coalition of stroke experts who collaborate to recommend and implement key strategies to reduce the burden of stroke in Minnesota.
The mission of the Minnesota Stroke Partnership is to raise awareness of stroke, promote stroke prevention, and improve systems of stroke care throughout Minnesota.

The Minnesota Stroke Partnership, in partnership with the Minnesota Stroke Association, announces the availability of a stroke rehabilitation education handout, "Caregiver Tips for Working with a Stroke Survivor", in multiple languages. These handouts are available to download below for free in the following languages: English, Russian, Somali and Hmong.
