The Stroke Awareness Task Force aims to develop and coordinate stroke awareness, training, and education plans for a variety of audiences in Minnesota.

The first draft (September 2008) of the Stroke Awareness Task Force Operations Plan is available for download.

The first draft of the Stroke Awareness and Education Resource Toolkit was evaluated with the help of hospital-based Health Educators in rural Minnesota during Summer 2009. Revisions and enhancements were made based on suggestions from this group, the first version of the toolkit was released in September 2009, and is available for download on the Resources page.
